The Summit County Clerk of Courts would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our web site! This site was designed to provide helpful information to the people of Summit County and answer some commonly asked questions. The Clerk's office supports the Summit County Court of Common Pleas - General Division, the Ninth District Court of Appeals, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court and the Automobile Title Bureau for the State of Ohio.

Our experienced and dedicated group of men and women have achieved much towards our major goals. Still, there is much more to accomplish and we will be working even harder to bring our services to the citizens of Summit County via the Internet.

As Clerk of Courts, I have made a promise to continue to build on a strong foundation for an organized, effective court system. We will continue to enhance access to public records while respecting individuals' right to privacy. I will continue our efforts in developing new technology in open standards to promote sharing of information within the criminal justice network and courts.
